POSTPONED UNTIL JANUARY, 2025
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, or tapping) is a cognitive-somatic method that quickly reduces trauma and stress, yet at the same time encourages calm and clarity. It can be considered acupressure for emotions.
Negative patterns that hold uncomfortable thoughts, memories or feelings can shift by using the fingers to tap, press or hold specific acupuncture points.
This well-researched, evidence based modality can be done with a practitioner, on another person, and on oneself as a self-help technique. It integrates well with other methods and is empowering for clients.
EFT has been used for pain, weight issues, performance improvement, stress, PTSD, anxiety and many other issues. For health care practitioners it can be a useful, discrete tool to use on themselves between client visits so as to be as present and authentic as possible with each person.
In this workshop, you will learn both silent tapping and speaking tapping.
